AIVD is an ambassador of Adult Education in Slovakia. For 30 years, we have united institutions dedicated to adult education, helping our members grow and advocating for their interests. We drive innovation, forge international partnerships, and actively contribute to the development of adult education in Slovakia and beyond.
We have been working on a quality assurance system in Slovakia for over 20 years, participating in various EU projects and prioritizing this in our agenda. We believe that quality institutions capable of delivering desired results are crucial to increasing adult engagement in lifelong learning.
Our contributions to quality assurance include:
The QualTrack Project: Aims to design a comprehensive quality rating system for adult learning providers. This system will help institutions develop quality elements, promote themselves with a quality mark, and provide customers with clear information about the price-quality ratio. QualTrack is implemented by a partnership of five organizations from the Czech Republic, Italy, Croatia, Greece, and Slovakia, and is financed by the European Commission through the Erasmus+ program.
We are responsible for the project’s dissemination, sustainability, and stakeholder engagement, which includes developing the dissemination and exploitation strategy, conducting dissemination webinars, and organizing the final event.
