Enhancing access to adult training opportunities requires improvements in the quality of Adult Learning and Education (ALE) provisions and methods, as well as the efficiency and equity of access systems. This includes ensuring clarity of information and enhancing learners’ understanding of available opportunities, as well as improving funding and guidance services.
Hence, the purpose of the RALExILA project is to propose a solid approach for the development of Adult Learning and Education registries across Europe. We foresee our efforts evolving into a shared model for enhancing ALE quality, streamlining registry implementation on a national scale, and fostering knowledge exchange among diverse practitioners.
Our long-term vision is to facilitate seamless access to diverse ALE opportunities, enabling learners to make informed choices and track their educational journeys with ease. By enhancing transparency, quality assurance, and user-friendliness of ALE training registries, we aim to increase trust in ALE, promote societal awareness of inclusive adult learning, and provide a credible platform for learners and training providers alike.
